Dr. Sarah W. Bissonnette is a board-certified clinical chemist who serves as Laboratory Director, Section Head, Program Director, consultant, and educator at Marshfield Clinic-Sanford Health. She is a faculty member in the Medical Laboratory Science training program at Marshfield Medical Center and an active member of both ADLM and ACLPS. Her work focuses on advancing diagnostic innovation while fostering collaboration among laboratory professionals and clinicians to improve patient care. Her responsibilities place her at the intersection of laboratory operations, clinical decision-making, and public health.

Dr. Bentahar is a clinical analysis specialist (pathologist) with more than 30 years of experience in the field of hematology and laboratory medicine. For the past 27 years, he served as a hematology product specialist, hematology product manager, staff applications scientist and senior manager of global scientific marketing at Beckman Coulter.

Amy Pfeiffer, MT(ASCP) is a Hematology Specialist and Clinical Education Coordinator at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center Laboratory in Mattoon, Illinois.

Anastasija Slapina is a graduate of the Institute of Infection Immunity and Inflammation at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK. She joined Beckman Coulter in August 2023 as a scientific marketer. She is a seasoned scientific writer and is passionate about immunology, antimicrobial resistance, and microbiology.

Arindam Ghosh is a physician-scientist by training with extensive experience in neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders, particularly Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Chelsea Creech is a Senior Manager of Global Portfolio Marketing. With a decade of expertise in marketing and public relations, including four years at Danaher and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, she is committed to delivering innovative marketing for our clinical chemistry and immunoassay solutions. Chelsea focuses on ensuring successful product launches and crafting marketing strategies that prioritize the needs of our customers and patients.

Christoph Moellers is vice president and general manager of Beckman Coulter’s Workflow and Informational Technology Solutions business. Leveraging years of global experience in automation and clinical informatics, he is responsible for the design, development and market strategy of the organization’s Laboratory Automation Systems and Clinical Information Management Tools.

Daniela Bernasconi is a Business Development Manager at Beckman Coulter, where she advances strategic initiatives across the infectious disease portfolio. Leveraging her applied clinical experience, she focuses on expanding market access and strengthening customer partnerships.

Deise Y. Rojas is a Microbiology Applications Specialist at Beckman Coulter Colombia. She is a bacteriologist trained at Pontifical Universidad Javeriana, with more than 20 years of experience in Microbiology

Dr. Sun joined Beckman Coulter in 2009 and has focused on bringing clinical insights into product development for Immunoassay projects, currently working on biomarkers in heart failure, blood virus, and Reproductive Endocrinology. Her expertise in statistics and knowledge of medical needs ensure the quality of research study design and analysis.

Efie Tsikou, Meng, MSc, MBA has over 15 years of experience in Healthcare (Medical Devices, Biotech and Medical Imaging industry) having worked across 2 continents in Regional and Global Roles in Commercial, Marketing and Product Management.

Dr. Elena Sukhacheva has more than 20 years of experience in the diagnostic industry and is director of medical and scientific affairs, with global responsibility for Beckman Coulter's research in the field of laboratory hematology.

Eric Pabon, MBA, is a Global Marketing Manager with more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in sales and marketing including pharmaceuticals and medical device corporations. For the past four years, he has overseen marketing strategies for urinalysis and hematology analyzers at Beckman Coulter.

Dr. Golnar Rasty became Chief of Laboratory Medicine at Oak Valley Health in 2016. Currently, she is Vice-Chair of Ontario Medical Association Section on Laboratory Medicine and Adjunct Associate Professor at University of Toronto. Previously, she was an assessor for College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, an assessor for Institute of Quality Management in Healthcare and assessor for Area of Focused Competence in Cytopathology, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Rasty was also Director of Clinical Fellowship Program, Laboratory Medicine and Pathophysiology, University of Toronto; Chair of Anatomic Pathology Section, Canadian Association of Pathology; and Director of Cytopathology Division, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Rasty received her residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at University of Florida and completed an additional fellowship year in surgical pathology with a focus on gynaecology and breast pathology. This was followed by an additional year of cytopathology fellowship at University of Florida.

Hannah Baer has over seven years' experience working in the life sciences industry. She has spent the past two years at Beckman Coulter developing marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to support adoption of clinical diagnostic tools in the microbiology lab. She holds her degree in public health and economics and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Janelle Heysek is the national sales manager for Beckman Coulter’s clinical informatics solutions. She leads the Clinical Informatics team in the technical and strategic positioning of solutions with customers across the United States.

Jason Booth is a Global Product Manager for the Workflow and IT Business Unit. He leads global commercialization efforts for clinical informatics.

Dr. Jean Patel currently serves as the principal scientist, scientific affairs, at Beckman Coulter. Prior to her role at Beckman Coulter, Dr. Patel served as the science team lead, antibiotic resistance coordination and strategy unit, at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), where she led implementation of its Antibiotic Resistance Laboratory Network and the CDC and FDA Antibiotic Resistance Isolate Bank.

Dr. Jeanie Chiu graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in geology, followed by an M.D. from Howard University College of Medicine. She completed a Clinical Pathology residency at the Milton S. Hershey Penn State Medical Center and then a transfusion medicine/blood banking fellowship at the University of California-San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. She has been a Medical Director at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since 2024. Prior to that, she worked at Revvity, Grifols, CSL Plasma and Carter BloodCare.

Jean-Sebastien Blanchet is the Director of Global Medical and Scientific Affairs at Beckman Coulter.

Jeremiah Hinson, MD, PhD, is a physician–scientist trained in Molecular Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, with dual board certification in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics (AI focus). He serve as Chief Scientific Officer at Danaher Diagnostics, where he focuses on developing diagnostics that support real-world clinical decision-making for patients with neurodegenerative diseases.

Jessica Tubman is Director of Immunoassay Product Management at Beckman Coulter. She is a Medical Technologist by training and spent seven years in clinical laboratories while earning a Master in Public Health in Environmental Toxicology. She has been in the industry for over 25 years and has spent the last 17 years bringing customer needs into new product definition, development and commercialization.

Joseph Chiweshe, M.D., MPH is Senior Manager, IDN & Evidence Generation, for Beckman Coulter's North America Commercial Operations (NACO) Strategy & Partnership marketing team.

Julian Braz is a healthcare and diagnostics professional with a Ph.D. and an MBA, currently serving in a leadership role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. He specializes in Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Affairs, with extensive experience in bringing in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products to market.

Julie Medina (Sompong) is a product marketing manager with over 15 years of experience in the Diagnostics Industry with roles in Chemistry Research & Development. Currently, Julie manages Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Product Marketing for North American region. She has a BS in Biological Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.

Kanochia Johnson, MBA, is a Global Product Marketing Manager with more than 20 years of experience integrating clinical expertise and business strategy to advance healthcare innovation.

Kathleen Orland currently serves as senior vice president and general manager for Beckman Coulter’s Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay (CCIA) business unit, leading product strategy and new product development programs across eight global sites.

Kevin O’Reilly was appointed president of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in 2023. He is driven by a passion for helping laboratories achieve excellence in their operations and empowering doctors with critical laboratory test results that change and save the lives of patients. Dr. Kinal Bhatt holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health degree from Benedictine University, where she specialized in epidemiology, health policy and management, and health education and promotion. She brings her passion for advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes combined with her cross-field collaborations to her role as Medical Director at Beckman Coulter.

Linda Garlus is a hematology product manager with more than 20 years of experience in developing clinical diagnostics products. She has been with Beckman Coulter for 32 years.

Lynn Boyer has over 45 years of experience in the clinical laboratory science field specializing in microbiology, clinical chemistry and hematology. For the last 28 years, she has worked in the microbiology diagnostics industry including with Beckman Coulter, focusing on creating innovative marketing strategies paired with excellent clinical diagnostic tools to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Holland received his Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Minnesota. For the past 11 years, he has applied his extensive experience in the development and application of biostatistical methods for in-vitro diagnostic assay development, including analytical and clinical performance evaluation, at Beckman Coulter. He currently serves as the Director—Bioinformatics/Biostatistics for Chemistry and Immunoassay Research and Development.

Dr. Mary Anne Sullivan Lofstrom holds a PhD in microbiology and immunology from Northwestern University. She brings her love of education to advancing scientific literacy to her role as a medical writer at Beckman Coulter.

Matt is a Senior Marketing Manager with over 28 years in marketing communications, including 12 years with Danaher and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. He supports our automation and advanced informatics solution suites. With a deep background in brand and messaging development, Matt focuses on comprehensive solutions for day-to-day laboratory challenges while empowering clinicians to deliver improved patient care.

Melissa Naiman, PhD, EMT-B serves as a Medical Director for Sepsis and Host Response at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science and a PhD in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to coming to Beckman Coulter, Dr. Naiman spent most of her career in an academic research center for science and technology developing medical devices and diagnostics, including identifying novel biomarkers, for military health applications. In addition to her work developing evidence generation and dissemination plans, Dr. Naiman has also been instrumental in supporting regulatory compliance for medical product commercialization in the US and EU.

Michelle Solari, M.S., MBA is the Senior Innovation Product Manager for the Infectious Disease and Blood Virus portfolio at Beckman Coulter. With 15 years in the diagnostics industry, she is committed to transforming clinical insights into strategic product solutions that drive meaningful impact for laboratories and patients.

Natalie Taranto is a Marketing Manager for Chemistry and Immunoassay Solutions, including the DxC 500i Clinical Analzyer, at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where she works closely with customers to better understand their challenges, successes, and evolving needs. By partnering with laboratory professionals, sales teams, and field organizations, she helps bring customer insights to life through programs and communications that support workflow efficiency, innovation, and exceptional laboratory experiences.

In positions ranging from Technical Support to Product Specialist, Olivier Goudon helps countries grow their clinical laboratory IT systems. Recently, he transitioned to a pre-sales position, where he focuses on Workflow IT solutions. He has been with Beckman Coulter for more than 10 years.

Dr. Paul R. Morris earned his medical degree from Boston University and completed his residency in Pathology at Duke and fellowship in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine at the University of North Carolina.

Peter Soltani is Senior Vice President & General Manager for Hematology & Urinalysis, and recently expanded his role to lead the Workflow & IT Solutions business.

Scottia Jauregui has over ten years of experience in the clinical laboratory science field specializing in hematology, urinalysis and microbiology. For the last 8 years, she has worked at Beckman Coulter focusing on creating innovative marketing strategies paired with excellent clinical diagnostic tools to improve patient outcomes.

Shamiram R. Feinglass, MD, MPH is Chief Medical Officer and Vice President, Global Government at Beckman Coulter. She leads Global Medical, Government, Reimbursement, and Clinical Affairs for Life Sciences and Diagnostics.

Shrey Prajapati, BS in Chemical Engineering, MBA with specializations in Digital Transformation and Innovation, has worked in Global and North American roles in Product Management, Strategy, and Marketing across multiple industries (including Diagnostics, Medical Devices, IIoT, and Industrial Automation).

Suzanne Powers, B.S. in Economics with a specialization in Business Management has over ten years of experience working Diagnostics in a variety of commercial roles including Sales and Marketing across North America.”

Dr. Silvie Vaingátová is a laboratory specialist with more than 15 years of experience in laboratory medicine in the field of clinical chemistry and immunoassay. For the last three years, she has been working with the Beckman Coulter Czech Republic team as a Product Specialist for Clinical Chemistry and as a Field Application Specialist for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay.

Simon Kasse is the Global Product Manager for Beckman Coulter’s DxA 5000 Automation family and is based in Munich, Germany.

Stephanie Mitchell, PhD, D(ABMM), is Senior Director, Medical and Scientific Affairs-Infectious Diseases and Microbiology at Beckman Coulter. She received her PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Tufts University and is board certified by the American Board of Medical Microbiology (ABMM) in Medical Microbiology.

Tom Coulson, a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager at Beckman Coulter, specializes in Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS) within diagnostics. Leveraging his extensive experience in product marketing and strategic planning, and drawing on his background as a Biomedical Scientist, he is passionate about developing and delivering innovative solutions that enhance laboratory efficiency and ultimately improve patient care, always aiming to make a real difference for both laboratories and patients.

Timea Zsiray is senior director of global product marketing at Beckman Coulter where she leads the global commercialization of new products.

Tobin Efferen, MD, MS, has practiced emergency medicine on the south and west side of Chicago for the last 15 years. Initially interested in marine biology, Dr. Efferen switched gears after a brief stint at the New England Aquarium in Boston.

Todd W. Kelley, M.D., M.S., is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematology and is medical director at Beckman Coulter.

Varun Agarwal is a Global Product Manager for the Workflow and Information Technology Solutions Business Unit at Beckman Coulter, where he leads global commercialization efforts for the Power Express.

Dr. Vucetic drives the medical affairs strategy and manages the Medical & Scientific Affairs team. She joined Beckman Coulter in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of experience guiding clinical development, clinical operations, and real-world evidence and scientific communication to achieve commercialization and operational excellence. Before joining Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Dr. Vucetic served as Senior Vice President, Clinical Affairs for Karius. She has held numerous leadership roles at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics and Fujirebio. Dr. Vucetic earned her medical degree from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in Croatia, a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Temple University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
