To ensure they are equipped, all our leaders participate in annual diversity training that addresses real issues facing employers today.

Working alongside our Chief Diversity Officer is Beckman Coulter’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council. Together, they are leading the organization on this journey to a more inclusive work environment. The D&I Council is made up of leaders representing a variety of backgrounds, cultures, regions and perspectives. With CEO sponsorship and support, the D&I Council’s areas of focus include:

• Visibility to diverse customer markets

Parental leave varies, depending upon the laws of the countries where our associates are based.

In the United States, we provide eight weeks of 100% paid leave within the first year of a child’s birth, adoption or foster care placement. This leave can be taken all at once or used in one-week increments (within a 12-month rolling calendar).

We know it’s sometimes difficult to find time to give back during a busy work week. Through our Volunteer Time Off program, associates receive 24 paid hours to spend time with the qualified nonprofit organization of their choice.
