Manage contacts at your site that should be receiving regulatory notifications
View the regulatory notifications affecting your site
Acknowledge receipt of regulatory notifications

My Regulatory Notifications can only be accessed by having a full, validated Beckman Coulter website account.

How does the Regulatory Notification tool work?

If you are a registered contact the Regulatory Notification Portal allows you to:

View Field Action notifications (Recalls and Important Product Notices) affecting your site.

Acknowledge receipt of the notification – eliminating the need to manually fill out and fax in your response.

Update your own profile and create a new regulatory contact(s) for your site to receive Field Action notifications via email.

How do I access the Regulatory Notification Portal?

You need to create a login for the Beckman Coulter website, if you do not already have one. This is the same login you may have used for eStore or for accessing IFUs and other information.

Please note, your account needs to be validated before you can access the Regulatory Notification Portal.

I have a Beckman Coulter website account but am not able to access the Regulatory Notification Portal – it keeps on routing me elsewhere.

The Regulatory Notification Portal can only be accessed by validated accounts. Please complete the account validation before trying to access the Regulatory Notification Portal.

How do I sign up to receive Recall notifications by email?

Log into the Regulatory Notifications Portal and create a Regulatory Contact profile for yourself. Designate in the profile whether you would like to receive notifications via email or postal mail.

Refer to “Navigating the Regulatory Notifications Portal” for additional details on how to set up your Regulatory Contact profile.

I received an email with a Recall notification and link to access the Regulatory Notification portal. Once there, I don’t see the notification. Where is it?

There may be more than one regulatory contact registered for your site, and if someone else already responded via the portal, then you will not have any Open Notifications showing on your main page. In order to access the information, select Regulatory Notifications – All Acknowledged. Look for the notification affecting your site(s), as all sites registered under the customer number will be listed.

Which browser do I need to use when I am registering or accessing the portal?

The Regulatory Notifications portal works best with Google Chrome and Firefox. In addition, ensure your pop up blockers are disabled.

I was communicated that when needed, I need to download previous regulatory notifications using the original email notification. What happens if I do not have the original email notification?

As needed, contact Beckman Coulter to request a copy of the regulatory notifications are needed for your site.

What happens if I do not download previous field action notifications that my site needs?

If the field action notifications are not downloaded, they will no longer be available in the previous system and are not available in the Updated System, you will need to contact Beckman Coulter for support.

What to do if Im not a registered contact?

If you are not a registered regulatory contact in the System you have the following 2 options:

Contact Beckman Coulter with the information described in the navigation guide “Navigating the My Regulatory Notifications tool” section 2.2 “Creating New Regulatory Contacts” and request to be added as a regulatory contact

Request an already registered contact from your site to create your new profile, following the navigation guide “Navigating the My Regulatory Notifications tool” section 2.2 “Creating New Regulatory Contacts”
