Associate Resource Groups (ARGs)
Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are voluntary, associate-led groups that promote a diverse, inclusive workplace in alignment with organizational missions, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. ARGs reinforce our shared purpose and elevate our ability to develop, include and engage our associates.
It has been a very personal and honorable experience to bring awareness of Asian Americans’ career and social challenges to the broader Danaher community. Through the Asian + Friends ARG, I have been able to promote inclusion for Asian Americans, help Asian Descent associates realize their career potentials with authenticity, and celebrate the different Asian cultures.

Black + Friends MISSION: To cultivate an environment in which Black Associates can BE, GROW & LEAD.
The Black + Friends ARG has been a great initiative by Danaher which provided me and many of the other Black associates in Miami a platform for our voices to be heard and to drive positive change in the company for diversity and inclusion. This group has been like a family at work. We have learned so much about each other and learned how to help one another grow personally and professionally. The support from the Beckman Coulter Miami management has been phenomenal.

Latinx + Friends MISSION: To unite and elevate the Latinx Community at Danaher by capitalizing on our passions and realizing our aspirations.
Being part of the Danaher LatinX+Friends ARG for the last 2 years has been a truly rewarding experience. As a representative and champion for the LatinX community, I was able to help build a sense of community across the Danaher OpCos and create opportunities that promote professional growth in our Latin X associates. Being part of a team working towards making positive, lasting changes in our company taught me so much, and helped me grow in my own D&I journey. I am forever grateful for this opportunity!
